Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- We currently ship only within the United States
- Estimated delivery times vary by carrier but typically range from 5-7 business days after shipment.
Tracking & Lost Packages
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Golden Bee Art Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible to update your information.
Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hopewilson@goldenbeeartco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items, and we will work to resolve the issue.
